The little exercises to do every day, the routine.

-Action 1: Contract the pc muscle and Rub Your Pubis.

No lubricant is needed. In the morning, just when you wake up, do 20 Kegels and rub the pubis. You can rub your pubis several times a day. Fingers together, move the hand in a circular motion pressing gently but firmly on the skin immediately above the penis. Move the hand, while making circular movements, starting from the left side, then in the centre and, finally, on the right side. 2 minutes is enough each time. With or without pubic hair you have to get used to this daily exercise.
NB: Do Kegels (contraction of the pc muscle several times a day) several times a day.
-Action 2: Perineum Massage
You can lubricate the perineum a little or not at will. Immediately after the pubic rub, with the fingers together begin gently massaging in a circular motion starting from the back of the perineum (between the anus and the testicles), and slowly work your way towards the testicles. Repeat this operation two more times. 3 minutes is enough to get up.

-Action 3: Massage the Base of the penis or pubis.

The massage of the base of the sex is an extension of the rubbing of the pubis and the massage of the perineum. After the first two exercises were done, more blood would flow freely near the penile blood vessels. Massaging the base of the penis can help stimulate more blood flow to the erectile tissue of the penis. Lubricate the pubis as desired and with both hands and fingers together, firmly and gently massage the base of the penis, above the penis, on both sides. Move the fingers slightly downward massaging in a circular motion and advancing closer to the penis, ending at the base of the penis, where it attaches to the body.
Make sure to stop as close to the base of the penis as possible. Do what is necessary to stimulate the blood slightly in the direction of sex. It will make all the difference. 2 minutes is enough.

-Action 4: Massage of the Underside of the Base

This is the same technique as massaging the base of the penis, but below rather than above.
Move the hand with the fingers together, massaging in a circular motion and moving up towards the sex. Touch the limit of the base of the penis and massage the part of the penis that is inside the scrotum. 2 minutes is enough.

-Action 5: Penis Body Massage

Now that you have completely warmed up the pelvic floor, the perineum, the testicles and the base of the penis, it is time to move on to the shaft of the penis to optimize and stimulate blood circulation throughout the cavernous body as much as possible. If you do your penis exercises correctly, you would eventually already have a partial or full erection, and you should feel the penis heavier and more engorged with blood than before.
With one hand, grasp the penis from its base between the thumb and forefinger (as shown in the photo), with the hand as close to the body as possible.
Once the grip is firm but at the same time soft (be very careful) move your hand while maintaining the same grip, from the tip, and stop just before the head of the penis (glans).
Repeat this 20 times with the right hand, then 20 times with the left hand. Each movement back and forth is called milking or jelq, see the videos.
- NB: Your grip should never be too hard. You can damage your penis with an aggressive grip and sudden movements. A steady, gentle grip is effective enough.

-Action 6: Testicular Massage

Gently begin massaging behind the testicles with your fingers, in a gentle downward motion. When the scrotum begins to relax, start rolling both testicles gently between your fingers. See the relevant section.
After 1-2 minutes, massage each testicle individually, very slowly with 2-3 fingers, being careful to massage all around each one. Roll the testicles making sure that the fingers touch all around the sphere taking care to remain soft; See the videos.

NB: For each of these exercises, there is no limit. You must integrate them into your habits to maintain good sexual performance.
