Directions for use :

 

- The powder is consumed in a cereal porridge well sweetened with honey or red sugar.

The powder can also be taken in a homogeneous mixture of honey.

- Take the powder in decoction or infusion. Brew or boil a teaspoon of the powder in a cup of water and drink twice daily.

- Boil for 10 minutes, one tablespoon of the powder in a liter of water. Allow to cool and filter. Drink two cups a day.
